Anda Ghotala

Serves: 2

Prep time: 10 min

Indeed one of the best and easiest recipes:
Ingredients:
  1. Eggs: 2
  2.  Milk: 1 tbsp
  3.  Salt: To taste
  4.  Red Chili Powder: ½ tbsp
  5.  Chicken or minced meat: As required or 50 gm
  6.  Capsicum Chopped: 3-4 tbsp
  7.  Onion Chopped: 3-4 tbsp
  8. Tomatoes Chopped: 3-4 tbsp
  9.  Coriander: 1 tbsp (fresh or crushed)
  10.  Green Chili Chopped: 1
  11. Cheese: 1 Slice (Optional)
(You can also use 1 tbsp of some ready-made spices like Karahi Gosht, Chicken Karahi or Jalfrezi instead of red chili powder and adjust other spices accordingly)

Method:
  1.   Heat  a frying pan and cook chicken or minced meat in it till tender
  2.  Now add capsicum, onion, tomatoes, red chilli powder and salt (or some ready-made masala) in it and cook on medium flame
  3.   Once the tomatoes are soft, add in it the mixture of egg, milk, green chili and coriander
  4.    Keep stirring the eggs until it is well done and the runny texture is gone
  5.   Sprinkle some mozzarella cheese on top if you like and simmer for 2 minutes
  6.   Serve with bread or paratha

P.C: Google because I am too lazy to get one myself :p
