Indeed one of the best and easiest recipes:
Ingredients:
- Eggs: 2
- Milk: 1 tbsp
- Salt: To taste
- Red Chili Powder: ½ tbsp
- Chicken or minced meat: As required or 50 gm
- Capsicum Chopped: 3-4 tbsp
- Onion Chopped: 3-4 tbsp
- Tomatoes Chopped: 3-4 tbsp
- Coriander: 1 tbsp (fresh or crushed)
- Green Chili Chopped: 1
- Cheese: 1 Slice (Optional)
Method:

- Heat a frying pan and cook chicken or minced meat in it till tender
- Now add capsicum, onion, tomatoes, red chilli powder and salt (or some ready-made masala) in it and cook on medium flame
- Once the tomatoes are soft, add in it the mixture of egg, milk, green chili and coriander
- Keep stirring the eggs until it is well done and the runny texture is gone
- Sprinkle some mozzarella cheese on top if you like and simmer for 2 minutes
- Serve with bread or paratha
