Like everything else, there are some hits and some misses in the TV industry too. Some dramas come up with new and grabbing plots, while some repeat the same mainstream content and lose the audience’s interest.

Last week I happened to go to a Bloggers’ Meet up which was about the launch of a new app called ‘Tapmad’. For which, I had to miss out on my favorite drama and on my way I couldn’t help but thinking about catching up the episode on YouTube later that night. Little did I know at that point that I am going to get a permanent solution to watching TV while on the go!

Pakistan Makes a New Guinness World Records™!

It was last weekend i.e. October 15, 2016 when I woke up to tweets announcing Pakistan has set a new world record. Obviously, I got super excited and started checking out the hashtag  #DettolKaDhula. What came next totally made my day. It said that Pakistan has broken the previous record set by India with 1410 participants in 2015. Ohh, what a relief to know this amidst all the chaos and tension between the two countries, we are still winning on many grounds :D . To my surprise, the activity was conducted at Metro Cash & Carry where 1636 students from reputed schools participated.

Dettol takes the lead on Global Handwashing Day

Karachi, Saturday, October 15, 2016: Dettol Pakistan celebrated Global Handwashing Day 2016 by setting a GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS title for the Most participants in a handwashing relay. The event was held at Metro Cash & Carry in Gulshan e Iqbal, where 1636 students from various local schools participated enthusiastically and in doing so broke the record of 1410 hand washes previously held by a town in India (2015).
